Margaret Wood's Mushroom Casserole

• 1 large onion, chopped
• 14 cup margarine
• 2 eggs
• 12 cup milk
• 1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1 cup cracker crumb
• 12 cup aged cheddar cheese, grated

1. Saute the onions in the margarine.
2. Beat the eggs.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients.
4. Add the onions.
5. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
6. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked and golden.
