Frozen Cookie-wiches

• 1 (20 ounce) packagepillsbury refrigerated cookie dough
• 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 23 cup miniature marshmallow
• 12 cup peanut butter or 12 cup butterscotch chips

1. Combine filling ingredients and mix.
2. Prepare cookies, either homemade, or following package directions for refrigerated dough.
3. Let cookies cool completely.
4. Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick between 2 cookies.
5. Wrap individually and freeze at least 2 hours.
6. Store in freezer.
