Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling water until almost tender; drain.
  2. Pre heat over at 350
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Stir in the flour, salt, mustard, pepper, pepper sauce and milk until smooth.
  5. Stir in the macaroni and 4 1/2 cups cheese.
  6. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in x 9-in baking dish.
  7. Cover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
