Chicken-Cheddar & Bacon Bundles
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. tub.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Thick Cut Bacon, crumbled
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness; place, smooth sides down, on work surface.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto chicken breasts.
- Roll up, starting at one short end of each.
- Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Brush with egg; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
