Lemon Craisin Low Sugar Shortbread Cookie

  1. Combine flour, salt, truvia in a mixer.
  2. Add cold butter which has been cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix until it becomes blended and pea sized.
  4. Add juices while mixing.
  5. Mix until dough develops.
  6. Scoop out with a small cookie dropper and flatten out to about 1/3".
  7. Makes about 24 cookies.
