Healthy Tofu Cheesecake Made in a Rice Cooker

  1. Parboil the tofu.
  2. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and the tofu well into a paste.
  4. Add eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice.
  5. Whisk well until smooth.
  6. You may also use a food processor or blender at stage 2 and 3.
  7. Put into the rice cooker and turn it on.
  8. When it goes off, check whether the cheesecake is cooked.
  9. Cook again in the rice cooker if necessary.
  10. When the inside is cooked, cool down a bit.
  11. Serve on a plate.
  12. Serve with strawberry (or any fruit you like) and blueberry jam!
