Chicken With Wine And Veggies Recipe

  1. Brown onion in 1 Tbsp.
  2. butter.
  3. Salt and pepper chicken.
  4. Roll in flour.
  5. Brown quickly in remaining butter.
  6. Place onions in Dutch oven.
  7. Layer chicken and mushrooms.
  8. Mix liquid ingredients.
  9. Pour over all.
  10. Cook covered 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
  11. Serve with brown rice.
