Crockpot Pully Beef
- 2 whole Beef Pot Roasts, About 3 Lbs. Each
- 3 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- 1 whole Bunch Celery
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 whole Onions
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 whole Green Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 3/4 cups Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- Chop veggies very fine or combine in a blender with the remaining ingredients except the meat.
- Blend together well.
- (If not using a blender, mix together the seasonings/sauce items in a bowl.)
- Stack roasts one on top of another in a large crockpot and pour sauce over top.
- Cover and cook on high for 6 hours, breaking meat apart into shreds with a fork before eating.
