Strawberries With Sweet Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Arrange the berries in one layer in an 8-cup gratin dish.
  3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, granola and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the berries.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the berries are soft and most of their moisture has been absorbed.
  6. Serve lukewarm as is or with plain yogurt or sour cream.
