Hash Brown Potatoes With Cheese Recipe

• 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed to break apart
• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 c. minced onion

1. Mix all together and put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
2. Put topping over.
3. Put back in oven to sit with oven turned off.
