Nostalgic School Lunch Fried Bread
- 2 rolls Unsliced hotdog buns or soft rolls
- 20 grams Kinako
- 10 to 15 grams, (to taste) Sugar
- 1 Frying oil
- Use storebought rolls.
- Mix the kinako and sugar together in a shallow tray (or on a plate).
- Use as much sugar as you like!
- Deep fry the rolls in 160C oil, about 10 seconds on each side.
- Coat the fried bread on both sides with the kinako-sugar mix.
- Done!
