Nostalgic School Lunch Fried Bread

  1. Use storebought rolls.
  2. Mix the kinako and sugar together in a shallow tray (or on a plate).
  3. Use as much sugar as you like!
  4. Deep fry the rolls in 160C oil, about 10 seconds on each side.
  5. Coat the fried bread on both sides with the kinako-sugar mix.
  6. Done!
