Slow Cooker Easy Roast Beef Sandwiches

• 4 -5 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
• 23 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
• 8 -10 pepperoncini peppers
• 2 cups beer
• 19 -20 buns

1. combine all ingredients except buns, of course, in a slow cooker --
2. heat on low setting for 10 hours.
3. shred beef, serve on buns with a bit of pepperoncinis --
4. we like to have additional pepperoncinis on the side -- .
