Veal Marsalla Recipe
- 2 sticks butter
- 4-6 lg. flat pcs of veal
- Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can College Inn chicken broth or possibly beef broth
- 2 c. marsalla wine
- Beat egg and lowfat milk and soak veal in it.
- Then dust veal with flour, put veal back into egg and lowfat milk mix again.
- Then put veal into large skillet or possibly electric skillet at 350 degrees with the two sticks of butter.
- Cook veal quickly 2 min on each side.
- Remove veal, save all drippings, slowly add in broth and wine.
- Stir constantly, put veal into casserole and pour broth and wine mix on top and serve.
