Bean And Vegetable Salads Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pound can whole green beans, liquid removed
- 1 pound can wax beans, liquid removed
- 1 pound can garbanzos (chick-peas) liquid removed
- 1 pound can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 2 med. onions, shredded
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1.
- Day before, combine vinegar, water and sugar in saucepan.
- Bring to boil; then simmer for 3 min.
- Cold slightly.

- In china bowl or possibly crock combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour vinegar mix over them; chill for at least 24 hrs before serving.
