Jerri's Peppery Buffalo Wings

  1. Rinse wings and pat dry.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying to 375 degrees.
  3. Cut wings at joints.
  4. Discard wing tips.
  5. Place wings on a piece of wax paper.
  6. LIBERALLY sprinkle on both sides with seasoning salt and black pepper.
  7. Place wings in hot oil to deep fry in batches.
  8. While wings are cooking, put hot sauce and butter in pan and heat until butter is melted stirring to combine as butter melts.
  9. Drain wings on paper towels.
  10. Place wings in large bowl, pour hot sauce mixture over wings and toss gently.
  11. Enjoy.
