Crunchy Spinach Dip Recipe

• 10 ounce. pkg. frzn cut leaf spinach (thawed & liquid removed)
• 8 ounce. can chestnuts (finely minced)
• 3/4 c. minced green onion
• 1 env. Lipton vegetable soup mix - or possibly other desired dry soup mix
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. Miracle Whip

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Cover and refrigerateovernight or possibly all day.
3. If you like, pour dip into hollowed out sourdough bread round, and serve with pcs of bread.
