Crunchy Spinach Dip Recipe
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn cut leaf spinach (thawed & liquid removed)
- 8 ounce. can chestnuts (finely minced)
- 3/4 c. minced green onion
- 1 env. Lipton vegetable soup mix - or possibly other desired dry soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Cover and refrigerateovernight or possibly all day.
- If you like, pour dip into hollowed out sourdough bread round, and serve with pcs of bread.
