- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 23 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 13 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Add celery during the "add in" cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
