Tilapia Parmesan, Broiled

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Grease a broiling pan.
  3. Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.
  4. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan.
  6. Broil a few inches from heat for 3 minutes, turn and broil for 2 minutes more.
  7. Spread on topping and broil 2 minutes longer or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
