Sally's Vegetable Salad Recipe
- 1 head cauliflower, broken in florets
- 1 head broccoli, broken up
- 1 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn peas
- 1/2 pound lean bacon, fried crisp & liquid removed
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 2 teaspoon minced green onion tops
- Mix all vegetables and bacon together.
- Cover.
- Let stand in refrigerator while making dressing.
- Combine dressing ingredients; pour over vegetables at least 1 hour before serving.
- Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
- This will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy.
