Cheesy Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla

  1. Microwave VELVEETA in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
  2. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  3. Add chicken, beans and peppers; mix well.
  4. Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto half of 1 tortilla; fold in half.
  6. Add to skillet; cook 1 min.
  7. on each side or until filling is heated through and quesadilla is golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  10. Cut into wedges.
