The Fedora Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces single-malt Scotch
• 1 ounce amaretto
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
• Ice
• Lemon wedge

1. Combine Scotch, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled halfway with ice cubes.
2. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. Strain over a large shard of ice into a rocks glass.
4. Squeeze juice from the lemon wedge into the cocktail and serve.
