Beef Soup With Egg Noodles
- 1 12 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 12 quarts water
- 1 lb egg noodles, unprepared
- In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts.
- Add vinegar to pan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add beef broth and water to pan.
- Cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles.
- Boil for 20 minutes.
