Garlic Salt Knots

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Lightly butter baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine oil and garlic.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces.
  5. Using your hands, roll each piece of dough into 8" long rope.
  6. Carefully tie each rope into a knot.
  7. Transfer knots to bowl and toss to coat.
  8. Put on baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle with salt.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
