Potato and Cheese Casserole
- 4 large potatoes (approximately 500g), thinly sliced
- 4 rashers bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- Combine potato slices, bacon and spring onions and place into a large microwave ring container (see tip below).
- Cover and cook in microwave oven on HIGH for 10-12 minutes.
- Top with cream and cheddar cheese.
- Cook on HIGH for a further 3-4 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
- (Alternatively, place potato slices, bacon and spring onion in a lightly greased ovenproof casserole dish.
- Top with cream and cheese, cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour.
- Bake uncovered a further 10 minutes.)
- Serve with cream sauce spooned over.
