Oven braised chicken low carb

  1. Preheat oven 400A Fahrenheit
  2. Put chicken into a pan add spices, broth and vinegar
  3. Slice the onion in half then slice lengthwise.
  4. Chop the stalks in thirds add them to top.
  5. Both onions and celery.
  6. Bake in oven till done1 hour 45 minutes from frozen.
