Broiled Pork Chops

  1. Combine oil, wine, garlic powder and dash of pepper; set aside.
  2. Trim chops of excess fat.
  3. Place chops on rack of an unheated broiler pan.
  4. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes; brush with some of wine mixture.
