Two Palms

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, Simple Syrup and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again.
  4. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Stir the coconut water into the cocktail and garnish with the grated nutmeg.
