Delicious Apple Pie Cake

• 2 large eggs
• 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 13 cup sugar
• 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
• 1 12 tablespoons turbinado sugar, for sprinkling on top

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, and granulated sugar together until smooth and thick--about 1 minute.
3. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
4. Add them to the egg mixture and stir well until combined.
5. Stir in the pie filling.
6. Pour the mixture into a well-greased, nine-inch deep dish pan.
7. Sprinkle the turbinado sugar on top and bake for 20 minutes or until browned and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
