Hearts of Palm and Asparagus Salad
- 1-1/2 qt. canned hearts of palm, drained, sliced
- 2 qt. asparagus spears, cooked, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1 qt. canned quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 qt. grape tomatoes, halved King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 2 cups pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, halved
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- to taste salt and black pepper
- 1-1/3 cups KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
