Crunchin' Captain Crunch Chicken

  1. Coarsely grind cereal and put in a flat bowl.
  2. Set aside
  3. Mix flour, turmeric, pepper, ginger and lemon pepper in a flat bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix eggs and milk in a flat bowl.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Heat olive oil in a frying pan or fryer to 375.
  8. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg wash then cereal and place in pan.
  9. Cook on each side 3-4 minutes (make sure not to burn)
