Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream together margarine, brown sugar, and sweetener.
  2. Beat in the egg whites and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and quick oats.
  4. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
  6. Drop the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Heat may vary based on oven.
