Biscayne Bay Chowder Recipe

  1. Brown salt pork.
  2. Add in onion and saute/fry briefly.
  3. Add in stock, potatoes and soup and cook slowly about 10 min.
  4. Add in fish and cook till fish is flaky, about 10 min more.
  5. Add in butter, lowfat milk, and seasonings.
  6. Simmer briefly.
  7. Add in more seasoning, if needed.
  8. Makes about 12 bowls or possibly 24 c..
