Crusty Tuna and Pasta Bake
- 30g butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups reduced fat milk
- 425g can tunain brine, drained
- 250g penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups crusty bread, torn into 2cm pieces
- 1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese, extra
- steamed vegetables, to serve
- MELT butter and oil in a large saucepan and saute the onion and celery for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir in milk and bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.
- Add the tuna, pasta, spinach and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- POUR the mixture into a greased 26cm x 20cm casserole dish.
- Top with bread and scatter over extra cheese.
- BAKE in a moderately hot 190 degrees C oven for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden and crunchy.
- Serve immediately with vegetables.
