Cajun Herb Mix

• 5 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
• 2 tablespoons instant minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 1 12 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1 12 teaspoons dried basil
• 1 12 teaspoons white pepper

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
2. Rub on meat just before cooking.
