Summer Peach Tea

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add tea and mint and steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags, leaving mint in solution until cool.
  4. Strain into a 2-gallon container.
  5. Add lemonade concentrate, peach nectar and 1/2 cup simple syrup.
  6. When ready to serve, add ginger ale and club soda.
  7. Additional simple syrup may be added to taste.
