Cherry Punch
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 kg cherries
- 1 salt
- 1 sugar
- 1 ice cubes
- 1 liter water
- De-seed the cherries and set aside.
- Grind the cherries in mixer or food processor until pulpy.
- Add to this the juice of two lemons, salt and sugar to taste and the ice cubes.
- Add chilled water and blend until everything mixes together.
- Strain the drink into glasses serve chilled.
