- 2 cups surimi, crab meat- broken up a little
- 23 cup monterey jack cheese, small cubed
- 13 cup celery, finely chopped
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 18 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 12 tablespoon fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash lemon zest
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill for a few hours.
- Serve over lettuce.
