Cranberry Salsa
- 12 ounces, weight Cranberries
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Chopped
- 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- Spread cream cheese across a dinner/serving platter.
- Put remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until mixed well.
- Spoon over cream cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
- Enjoy!
