Sourdough Rolls With Blue Cheese
- 1 tablespoon sweet butter
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 2 sourdough rolls or slices of bread
- Melt butter and cheese.
- Cut rolls in half and spread with mixture.
- Toast in toaster oven or broil in broiler until edges begin to brown.
