Grilled Portabello Wraps
- 4 portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 34 cup of antipasto artichoke tapenade
- arugula
- roma tomato
- 1 cup olive oil
- 14 cup mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- wrap style tortilla
- feta cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Marinade mushrooms in artichoke Tapenade for 10 minutes.
- Rinse Arugula and slice Roma tomatoes into strips.
- Add oil, mustard, and garlic in a blender or processor.
- And blend until mix is thickened.
- Grill mushrooms in a large skillet over high heat until tender.
- Spread mustard mix on tortillas and top with mushrooms, tapenade, arugula, and roma tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with feta cheese, and wrap.
- And eat!
