Asparagus, Tomato and Caper Pizza
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
- 1 Tbsp. capers, drained
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Toss asparagus and tomatoes with dressing; spread onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, place pizza crust on pizza pan or baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread crust with pizza sauce.
- Layer with half the cheese, vegetables, remaining cheese and capers.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
