Grilled Mackerel with Mayonnaise

  1. Cut each mackerel piece into half and prepare 6 pieces in total.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour.
  3. Heat some garlic and oil in a pan to remove the fishiness.
  4. Start pan-frying with the skin side and flip it over.
  5. Sprinkle half a tablespoon of sake.
  6. Cover the pan and cook with steam.
  7. Combine the ingredients.
  8. Place an oven sheet under the mackerel pieces and put sauce on them.
  9. Put it in an oven at 230C for about 5 minutes.
  10. You can use a toaster instead.
