Grilled Mackerel with Mayonnaise
- 1 Mackerel (3 pieces)
- 1 Salt and pepper, flour
- 2 heaping tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Grainy mustard
- 1/3 tsp each Sugar, sake
- 1/3 tsp each Usukuchi soy sauce, coffee milk
- 1 if you have Green onion (or parsley)
- Cut each mackerel piece into half and prepare 6 pieces in total.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour.
- Heat some garlic and oil in a pan to remove the fishiness.
- Start pan-frying with the skin side and flip it over.
- Sprinkle half a tablespoon of sake.
- Cover the pan and cook with steam.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Place an oven sheet under the mackerel pieces and put sauce on them.
- Put it in an oven at 230C for about 5 minutes.
- You can use a toaster instead.
