Bibi's Non-Dairy Cheesecake

  1. mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps.
  2. pour mixture into 2 graham cracker crusts (or 12 mini crusts).
  3. bake 350 for 30-35 minutes on lowest rack.
  4. the cakes will firms up as they cool.
  5. refrigerate.
  6. You can pour Cherry pie-filling/topping on top of the cakes to serve.

cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, graham cracker pie crust, cherry pie filling
