Quick and Easy Chicken Curry

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place chicken in casserole dish with butter and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until hot and bubbly (about 3 to 4 minutes).
  4. Serve with rice.
