Pork Chop Dinner On the Grill
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 4 bone-in pork loin center chops (1 lb.), 1/2-inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 4 peaches, halved, pits removed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecans
- 4 baking potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix dressing and jam with whisk until blended.
- Brush 2 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture on chops.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Pour 2 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture over peaches; toss to coat.
- Meanwhile, arrange beans in center of sheet of heavy-duty foil; sprinkle with nuts.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing mixture; fold to make packet.
- Wrap potatoes individually in foil.
- Place potatoes, bean packet, chops and peaches on grate of grill.
- Grill peaches 10 min., potatoes and beans 15 min.
