Sour Cream Chicken Quiche Recipe

  1. Saute/fry pepper and onion in oil.
  2. Fold together beaten egg, lowfat sour cream, cheeses, chicken, veggies, and spices.
  3. Pour this into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, then at 350 degrees for 30 min.
