Rice 'n Peach Salad
- 1-1/2 cups cooked instant white rice
- 1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained or 1-1/2 cups corn cut from the cob
- 1 cup almonds, toasted, chopped
- 1 cup fresh peas or frozen peas, thawed
- 1 peach, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
