Soboro (Crumbled) Tofu

  1. Push the tofu through a strainer or sieve and then mash it.
  2. Mix together the ingredients
  3. Put Step 1 into a frying pan and heat it up.
  4. You don't have to use oil!
  5. Stir fry on high heat.
  6. (The moisture will gradually evaporate)
  7. Once the moisture has evaporated, turn the heat off and add what you made in Step 2.
  8. Once you have added in the ingredients, stir fry again on high heat till the moisture evaporates.
  9. It's done.
  10. It's good even when chilled.
  11. You can also add in finely chopped carrots and burdock root, stir fry it, and it'll be delicious!
