Oriental Beef Lo Mein

  1. Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Keep warm; set aside.
  4. Whisk sour cream and stir-fry seasoning mix together in bowl until well blended; set aside.
  5. Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan or wok; add beef strips and garlic.
  6. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  7. Add broccoli slaw mix and pepper; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  8. Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream mixture.
  9. Continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through.
  10. Add cooked vermicelli; toss to coat well.
