Garlic Sriracha Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 500AF.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add chicken wing and toss to coat.
  4. Set a wire rack inside large rimmed baking sheets.
  5. Place wings on prepared racks and spread out in a single layer.
  6. Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy, 30 minutes turning after 15.
  7. Whisk together butter, garlic, and sriracha.
  8. Toss wings in Buffalo sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
